Remarks

There is possible composition of a few species [Neoechinorhynchus (Neoechinorhynchus) agilis sensu (Tkach, Sarabeev & Shvetsova, 2014); N. (Hebesoma) yamagutii Tkach, Sarabeev & Shvetsova, 2014; N. (H.) personatus Tkach, Sarabeev & Shvetsova, 2014] in the Black and Azov seas (Tkach et al., 2014).
